Thank you for choosing Dandicraft. Below you will find our shipping guidelines and our no-return/no-refund policy.
We ship all orders using UPS Ground. All orders have a standard 1–2 day handling time, unless the customer specifies in the order notes that the order needs to ship the next business day. We will accommodate next-business-day shipping whenever possible.
For customers located in Lakewood, NJ, we ship through MailPak, and same-day shipping may be available if specified in the order notes.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost packages or delays due to incorrect address information.
Shipping Delays
Carrier delays, weather issues, holidays, and customs processing are outside our control.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products.

Custom & Personalized Orders
All personalized items (including photo products, custom kits, and custom gifts) are final sale and cannot be changed after production begins.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you.
